A.S.I.A.-Asia Sky Image Archives
 A.S.I.A., established in 2003, is a group of professional aviation photographers,
focus on providing high quality and industrial Asian civilian and military aviation
images.
As an image archive, A.S.I.A. has three distinct advantages over any other
aviation image websites in the world. First, A.S.I.A. has the MOST INTENSIVE
and HIGH QUALITY images FOCUSED ON ASIA AVIATION, both civilian and military,
mostly INDUSTRIAL ones, for the reason that associate photographers are mostly
working in the aviation industry.
Secondly, A.S.I.A. divides register users into different kinds of groups. Only
business users and certain photographers can download full-size images (at least
1600 pixels in image width), while others can share mid-size images (default
as 800 pixels in image width). A.S.I.A. manages/saves the system resource and
upload/download bandwidth FOR THOSE WHO NEED IT MOST!
Third, A.S.I.A. has the BEST SEARCH ENGINE over all other websites! Except
those general information such as where the image was taken, and which company
the aircraft is belonged to and so on, A.S.I.A. add 40 "attributes"
to each image. So users can simply find images specifically to satisfy his/her
needs! This function is especially useful for business users. By using cross
attributes check, business users can easily retrieve those images exactly what
he/she want for certain use through hit-rate comparison!
A.S.I.A. website is situated in Taiwan RoC, and hosted by independent bio-tech
company. It's running on Redhat Linux machines with Apache and PHP, and the database
engine is powered by MySQL. A.S.I.A. backs up its database at 2130Z, the system will
be off-line for 30 minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
