A.S.I.A. User Agreement upon Registration
1. A.S.I.A. administrators has full authority to manage the account on the premises of
A.S.I.A. will protect the registration information from revealing to others and
according to the law. In its sole discretion, and without liability, A.S.I.A. at any
time and without notice may terminate or restrict user's access to this web site.
2. I've read all the contents in the LEGAL page.
3. If A.S.I.A. change my user catagory as "photographer" or "business/industrial" users,
he/she have the privilege to upload images, correct images information, and download
fullsize images. Any action from me based on the this privilege will be on good will,
do no harm to A.S.I.A..
4. Uploading images, photographer-class users should have absolute believe or
confirmation that the image shall not violate any copyright law in anyway. Liablility
of any kind of copyright infringement lies on the upload users themselves.
5. Uploading images, photographer-class users agree that the certain image shall be
distributed by A.S.I.A. exclusively, for free, and may be managed by A.S.I.A.
administrators and Photo Screeners solely.
6. A.S.I.A. archive images are copyrighted by each respective photographer, and
exclusively distributed by A.S.I.A., all rights reserved. Upon agreement with each
indivisual or A.S.I.A. collectively, using of images should add credit to and as
"COPYRIGHT <photographer name>/A.S.I.A. Image Archives". |
